We had a fantastic time at this countryside hotel! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the three pools provided plenty of options for relaxation. The staff was incredibly friendly, and we enjoyed spending time with the animals on the property. the food was delicious, and we couldn't have asked for a better selection.
While we had a great time overall, we did notice that the recreation team had some difficulty keeping the children entertained during the Carnival period. Only one member of the team seemed to be able to motivate the kids, while the others lacked creativity.

The hotel has a great infrastructure with 3 pools, a games room, and various animals on the property. The staff is friendly, with one standout employee named Chocolate who is amazing with organizing activities for both children and adults. The food is delicious, and the rooms are nicely decorated with comfortable beds and stylish bathrooms.
During the Carnival period, the recreation team struggled to keep kids engaged in activities, and only Chocolate was able to motivate them to join in. Some more creativity and enthusiasm from the team could have improved the overall experience.

Our New Year experience was great! We loved the nice bedroom and the three pools available. The food was delicious, and the staff was really friendly. We also enjoyed playing games in the games room and getting close to the animals.
We observed that the recreation team lacked creativity during the Carnival period. Except for one staff member, who was able to organize and motivate guests to join various activities, the others seemed unable to motivate the kids to play and have fun all the time.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.
